Imagine your next role as a Maintenance Technician who is responsible for forming the monthly calibrations.

Responsibilities
Maintains and improves status of equipment and components key to the manufacture and measurement of medical and other devices. Performs calibration duties and provides support to manufacturing and lab facilities.
Responsible for all operational aspects regarding calibrations at operations/warehouse / VLF / Pollux.
Expert in solving specific breakdowns within the field (second line)
Enabling and coordinating third-line breakdown maintenance by external breakdown engineers.
Feedback trends to the Calibration SME and provide technical input for improvements.
Work preparation of job orders (status REL and SCHD)
Timely execution of job orders (status CNF).
Checking that the workplace has been completed correctly.
Providing feedback on issues observed during calibrations to the SME.
To be successful in this role you have:
Associate Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical Electronics or related field.
• Professional certifications as required by regulation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Excellent computer proficiency e.g. MS Office, SAP
• Excellent analytical skills to identify gaps and root causes of issues and think out of the box to develop a solution.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong technical skills in pharmaceutical production equipment.
• Proficient in reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and drawings.
• Demonstrate skills in root cause analysis.
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Automation proficiency (depending on functional area)
• Good knowledge in compliance with Occupational Safety, Environment, and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s).
• Basic knowledge in aseptic techniques.
• Good documentation and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in the use of computer systems preferable.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, overtime, on holidays, and weekends
