Imagine your next project as Manager, Mobilization Enablement EMEA at Johnson & Johnson. As Manager, Mobilization Enablement EMEA you support Talent Access and Mobilization, BUHR, People Leaders, Talent Acquisition and Mobile Employees within the assigned region through the life-cycle of the international assignment/relocation process. Supporting all mobility activities in the region, this leader helps our customers to navigate the talent mobilization ecosystem, the enterprise matrix, assisting our external partner with complex assignment structuring, customer concerns, and exception decisions. You will work closely with the Regional Mobilization Lead EMEA, as well as all cross functional partners involved in case management to realize the team’s vision of providing a delightful employee experience.
roles and responsibilities
Provide advice and support to key BUHR partners and business leaders to structure complex assignments; recommend solutions on critical assignment package components balancing business investment with employee experience needs.
Partner with external providers in tax and immigration as well as internal partners within Benefits, Stock administration, Corporate Tax, Payroll and others to curate assignment packages that are aligned with J&J’s package portfolio, philosophy and guiding principles
Work with internal process partners and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues such as assignment structuring
Provide support and recommendations for exception management
Coordinate vendor management as it relates to individual cases
Ensure timely resolution of escalated inquiries or concerns from employees, internal process partners (BUHR, TA, GS), People Leaders and external vendor partners
Support Talent Acquisition, BUHR, GS and others with talent mobilization and related inquiries (immigration, corporate tax)
Support Regional Mobilization Leader EMEA with delivery of Executive support and assignment structuring and day-to-day operations.
how to succeed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
5 years’ experience in Global Mobility function, including experience with home and host country- assignment models
Strong customer experience skills and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization
Experience with stakeholder management and influencing decisions
Strong vendor management experience to reach efficient solutions
Complex assignment structuring, preferred
Familiarity with immigration, corporate tax and assignee tax issues
