Manufacturing Process Specialist

Imagine your next role as an Equipment/Asset owner. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Process Specialist within Bioprocessing Services. 

roles and responsibilities

The Operations Bioprocessing Services department owns, among other things, the processes and systems in the production departments' Equipment Preparation, Buffer Preparation, and Medium Preparation, but also for automated and analytical systems. As a department, we are responsible for ensuring that these production departments have the right resources and processes to provide their customers with high-quality products in a safe and efficient manner.

We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Process Specialist within our department.

This will involve 

• Introducing new equipment and/or systems (in a supporting or leading role);

• Taking care of the maintenance of this equipment and/or systems, including addressing (acute) process disruptions;

• Improving the aforementioned equipment and/or systems.

• Act as SME for equipment for which he/she is responsible during audits;

• Involvement in large projects and/or leading smaller projects within own area of responsibility or at the request of the department

• Providing process support within the Bioprocessing Services area of responsibility in collaboration with Process Engineers

All activities must comply with CGMP requirements and EHS&S guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of relevant work experience in a global working environment, knowledge of maintenance/replacement of equipment knowledge of cGMP. 

You will also bring:

• Relevant (Bio)technological or (Bio)chemical HBO or university education

• Knowledge of EHS guidelines

• Team spirit & flexibility

• Analytical skills and result orientation

• Quality mindset and service orientation 

• You can express yourself well (both written and oral) in Dutch and English
