Johnson & Johnson Worksense (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce.

 

We are currently recruiting for a Artwork Process Manager for 8 months + possible extension.


The incumbent will support the EMEA Artwork team (2 people) in leading projects for the EMEA region in developing, implementing and managing processes related to Artwork and Translation processes, including but not limited to:

• Support the Labelling & Artwork EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) Department managing the Artwork & translation processes
• Support / Run process assessment and identify area of process improvement (Translation Process Assessment / Optimization / Execution Coordination)
• Support the implementation of new capabilities
• Create Training Materials & Run training sessions (OnLine / Video)
• Map / analyze KPI (Key Performance Indicators) data to identify improvement opportunities & create reporting
• Coordinate the flow of information for the Johnson & Johnson Legal Entity Change
• Support the asset transfer (artwork, Master Text ...)
• Lead / support the transition to System Centric Content, Content Management set up …
• Coordinate / Manage day-to-day operational tasks (forecast data extract and analysis, reporting …)


• Marketing / Project Management skills
• University level Education - Business Administration, Engineering …
• Excellent English: MUST. Other languages a plus (German, French …)
• Strong Project Management skills / leadership and coordination

• Cosmetic / SelfCare product knowledge a Plus

Oversees the work of product teams and marketing communications staff in developing public relations programs and supporting brand objectives. Delivers results oriented programs that help to increase brand awareness. Cultivates and secures relationships with key media contacts. Leverages relationships to garner significant news coverage. Provides senior counsel on the consistency of communications, messaging, strategic communications initiatives and effective public relations efforts. Creates, develops, and implements a high value and cost-effective customer loyalty programs. Uses primary, secondary research and database mining techniques to segment customers and identify unmet needs. Directs, trains, motivates and evaluates employees. Develops team members through feedback and coaching.
