We now have a great opportunity for an In-House Agency Studio Manager to join our Consumer business. Reporting directly into the Squad Lead, working within the Marketing Team you will be responsible for leading all adaption briefs through our in-housing agency. You will work closely with the cross-functional Squad across brand teams in order to create and execute initiatives through the Path to Purchase.
roles and responsibilities
In this role you will bring thought leadership from the in-house creative agency space to build and grow our creative operations into an outstanding team, driving high-quality, high-velocity adaptation of content for owned assets and digital shelf, adapting and augmenting hero assets and creative to be fit for platform and consistent with established brand voice, tone, and creative guidelines. This will involve:
Lead content planning and manage volume of deliverables, timelines, and budget with in-house team.
Ensure creative projects are meeting brand objectives and being delivered on-schedule and on-brief, identifying and implementing optimizations where you see room for improvement.
Acting as an internal key point of contact for brand teams and in-house agency team
Tracking scope of work in particular planned vs executed tasks, flag out of scope requests to maximize resource allocation
Supports scoping, planning and project review sessions (led by in-house agency)
Oversees local process adherence with brand teams and in-house team and contributes to process improvements of project team
Solves conflicts between projects and escalates to Content Excellence leader
Orchestrates monthly and quarterly reporting for spend reconciliation
how to succeed
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
A minimum of 8 years agency or client/in-house agency account experience, including experience leading digital creative and content development for web/social/e-commerce
Experience project managing creative content development E2E teams and productions small and large-scale, with ability to drive multiple projects in various mediums and of different sizes across the finish line in parallel, all while on tight deadline(s)
Self-starter with interpersonal, leadership, and teambuilding skills to establish relationships and work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams, suppliers, and agencies.
Able to be a great teammate and individual contributor, and willing/eager to work in a hands-on capacity with creative people, passionate about diving creative excellence.
