Imagine your next project, working as an Email Marketing Specialist for Johnson & Johnson, an iconic, global, healthcare provider! You will be joining an innovative team working with and influencing senior leadership teams as well as CVTs and EMEA teams across the business.
We have the culture and excitement of a start up with the security of a multinational! You will be instrumental in generating and elevating customer experience and engagement metrics across all email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
Working on outstanding email campaigns execution, optimisation, and reporting delivering strong commercial value to the business.
Building comprehensive customer journeys using email automation that drive long term customer dedication and repeated interactions.
This role is also accountable for delivery of CRM / email marketing critical metrics in partnership with CVTs as well as setting email marketing and marketing automation targets and benchmarks.
roles and responsibilities
This role will involve:
Working closely with the brands and the in-house Content Factory team responsible for coordinating all process of email campaign creation - involving briefing, building, testing, scheduling, and measuring email campaigns and trigger emails
Closely supervising performance of email campaigns in flight and crafting post-campaign analysis with practical reporting on results and providing recommendations to improve customer engagement and CRM metrics
Coordinating email campaigns medical and legal approval and certification
Managing and implementing email A/B and MVT testing plans, devising new initiatives to support optimisation of CRM key indicators.
Support with the development and optimisation of email automation programmes
Tracking and reporting on email marketing budget and spend

how to succeed
requirements:
Relevant marketing degree or qualifications and / or 1-3 years of experience in the field of CRM, email automation and email marketing
Prior experience working in digital marketing or CRM team with a good understanding of email marketing channel standard methodology and deployment and measurement processes
Experience and knowledge of CRM and email campaign tools such as Salesforce.com and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Eloqua
Good analytical skills and ability to translate data into practical marketing or business insight.
Ability to manage multiple projects to completion on-time and in scope
Basic understanding of web development (HTML, basic CSS, Photoshop…)
Strong logical thinking, creative problem solving and analytical skills
Good Excel practitioner
Great communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills.
Job Complexity:
Manage multiple collaborators internally and good project management / coordination.
Good understanding of sophisticated technical aspects of email marketing campaign design, build, scheduling, execution, measurement, and optimisation.
CRM and email performance measuring and reporting and ability to narrate data and customer behaviour insights into useful recommendations.
