roles and responsibilities


  • You are assigned to plan and control the budget for the projects/studies assigned to you 

  • You are the main contact person for the projects/studies assigned to you and orchestrate the interface management of the various specialist departments involved.  

  • You independently obtain all necessary approvals for project implementation and ensure compliance with the relevant process flows. 

  • You actively contribute your methodological knowledge to the development of new study concepts and evaluate the feasibility of studies (so-called investigator-initiated studies). 

  • You control the creation of scientific publications from your own study projects and show the results of your service to J&J.

how to succeed


  • You have completed a university degree, preferably in a natural science, and have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in setting up and implementing medical-scientific studies (pharmaceutical or medical devices) or similar data generation processes in the healthcare sector. 

  • You are proficient in classic project management and ideally have initial experience with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban). 

  • You are an expert in the regulations relevant to studies (e.g. Good Clinical Practice (ICHGCP), German Medicines Act, European guidelines, and FSA Code) and the legal requirements for handling sensitive medical data. 

  • Your demonstrably very good organizational and communication skills put you in a position to set up and implement several study projects at the same time in interdisciplinary teams. 

  • You have a good sense of adjusting to others. 

  • You appear confident, get involved proactively in working with different teams and always look for constructive, innovative solutions to complex issues. 

  • You are fluent in German and business fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
