Job title: LIMS Master data analyst

 

Janssen Biologics in Netherlands, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Master Data Analyst, eLIMS CoE!

 

As our Analyst, you work within the eLIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) Center of Excellence (CoE), and will independently create, update and maintain high-quality Master Data within eLIMS, integrates instruments and applications within eLIMS, performs user acceptance testing and translates specifications within the eLIMS by utilizing current business processes.


It's a full-time position. 32 hours is possible to consult with the manager.

Key Responsibilities: 

       

• Create, update, review, and approve Master Data (release and stability) including worksheet templates, worklist templates and sample plans, work items, and stability studies.

• Maintain system-related documentation (procedures, events, etc.) with the appropriate applications (TruVault, Trackwise, ClearQuest, HP-ALM, or any other designed system).

• Participate in system-related project activities as requested by the CoE lead including review and testing of system updates.

• Coordinate eLIMS activities with the local labs, update eLIMS instrument master data, eLIMS Empower master data, eLIMS LES master data, and upload Smart QC Master Data.

 

Must-haves:

 

- GMP experience

- Quality systems knowledge and experience

- Bachelor degree

- Good understanding of the English language (Dutch is not a must)

- Strong customer focus


Preferred knowledge/experiences:

 

- LIMS knowledge and work experience is a plus

- experience in the Pharma industry (if not doable focus on relevant (consumer) medical devices, research experience)

- Knowledge of or familiarity with other appropriate lab systems (such as Empower/SDMS/LES) is preferred

- Experience preferred with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Analytical testing or IT

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to take the lead in executing projects and tasks

- Able to put focus on the customer
