Occupational Health Clinician (contingent position)-Remote Working Contract Role.
Global Health Service (GHS)
UK

Pay Rate- £22.56 / HR (PAYE) Inside IR35
Length of contract- 6 months

Role:

Support the Regional Director GHS EMEA & GHS Operations Leads UK and Ireland with the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 risk management programme, principally for UK but covering other EMEA countries as required.

The role involves contacting Employees and contractors with COVID-19 queries log cases via dedicated J&J call line.  
This role also involves answering incoming customer calls. Determines level of complexity of calls and escalates as necessary to achieve maximum first time resolution. Provides basic information and technical support for equipment, and product concerns and to advise them and the business on any action(s) that are needed to provide safe working environments and protect our employees and customers. Documents calls in accordance with local government and company guidelines. Promotes continued customer delight in our product offerings. Acts as a customer advocate to represent customer needs internally

The incumbent will also be expected to report statistics on a weekly basis from the previous week for the UK.

Training will be provided to the incumbent to familiarise them with the organisation system requirements and the J&J policy guidelines and will be kept up to date with any changes that are made from time to time.

Location and Hours:

This role is home-based and will be full time Monday to Friday e.g., 0800 to 1630 or 0830- 1700 with a lunch time break.

Reporting Line:

Primary reporting is to the GHS Operations Lead UK

Skills:

Ability to learn and use on-line systems (e.g., Salesforce, MS teams and MS office)

Ability to work independently

Ability to engage and talk with people by phone or MS Teams and to create records and report accordingly

Ability to make clinical judgements for specific circumstances and to apply appropriate country and /or J&J guidance whichever is the stricter in the circumstance

Ability to recognise and flag where there is a situation which may require further investigation and reporting e.g., possible linked cases or where Safe Behaviour rules may not have been followed

Business acumen and customer sensitivity.

Leadership: ability to gain trust and influence at all levels; collaborative.

Solid communicator who is credible and self-assured; strong technical skills

Strong compliance orientation

Ability to work in a matrix, team oriented environment.

 

Education and Experience:

RN with occupational health experience

Specialist Occupational Health Nursing qualification preferred

Strong people management experience

Understanding of risk management and health and safety practice and be familiar with latest country guidelines and practices for pandemic risk management.
