roles and responsibilities
Adherence to GMP, EHS, and SOX guidelines and policies associated with the respective function.
Leading and supporting quality or safety investigations that affect Facilities Management.
Develop, execute, and implement continuous improvement projects and drive digitalization.
Represent Facilities Management in internal meetings (investigations, projects, Gemba walks).
Support Facilities Management projects in the areas of cleaning, gowning, or material supply (project management, order management, coordination of suppliers).
Creation and adjustment of work instructions, topic plans, and risk analyses for facilities management in general, as well as specifically for the areas of cleaning, (pharmaceutical) clothing, and pest control.
Assist in preparing for regulatory or internal audits, as well as audits conducted by customers.
Close collaboration with the external service provider to ensure ongoing operations, optimize processes, and analyze and resolve process deviations (non-conformances) in the areas of cleaning, (pharmaceutical) clothing, and pest control.
Active involvement in optimizations within the FM responsibility area (e.g., simplification of processes, digitization of lists/applications, introduction of future-oriented standards for the entire site).
how to succeed
Bachelor of Science or comparable degree in a technical field; initial professional experience is desirable.
GxP experience.
Very good German language skills (both spoken and written).
Good English language skills (both spoken and written).
A very high level of social competence is required (teamwork, project work).
Very good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook; SAP is an advantage).
Good organizational skills.
