Janssen Vaccines & Prevention B.V. is one of the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson and is passionate about the development, production, and marketing of vaccines to prevent and combat infectious diseases. The Facilities department is a must for the high efficiency at which Janssen Vaccines & Prevention B.V. operates.
Tasks and responsibilities
Ensure delivery of facility services is compliant with EHS&S and Quality standards
Maintain site-level customer relationships with peers from Operations, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering
Monitor operational budgets for both internal and contracted resources; monitor operational performance of service providers
Ensure compliance with good commercial, laboratory, and manufacturing practices, Environmental Health and Safety, and other regulations
Support Energy-saving and Sustainability initiatives
Support Project Development and Delivery teams on capital and infrastructure projects.
Provide change management to implement Global Facilities strategies and initiatives at the site
Establish a high-performance and continuous improvement culture driven by key performance metrics, benchmarking, and sharing of best practices As a Facility Coordinator you will be working with a diverse team and will be working closely together with many different departments within J&J. For all soft services we have a Vested contract with our “WE” company partner Sodexo. You will ensure customer satisfaction and will partner up with your Sodexo counterparts to ensure the proper facilitation of soft services to all customers. All this will be done by you while keeping Safety, Health, and Environmental to the highest possible standard. Your actions will determine the site performance and will be essential to all employees at Janssen Vaccines & Prevention B.V. Leiden. Are you the right person to help us?
To be successful in this role you have:
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field of expertise
5 years of working experience in a related field of profession
Good interpersonal skills in order to work with many different disciplines/nationalities/levels
Proficient in Dutch and English
Strong focus on EHS&S and GMP Quality
Availability to work in a strong demanding and changing environment
Initiate continuous improvement of processes and working methods
Reports to Facility Supervisor
