roles and responsibilities

This position will support the Payroll Global Process Owner (GPO) Organization for Payroll managing the execution of projects across the EMEA Region. This will involve: 

  • Project Leadership – Manage Projects End to End.

  • Create detailed project plans, understand multiple project methodologies including waterfall and agile, manage project’s tasks and efforts including in all milestones, resources, finances, and status reporting.

  • Project Budget Management, tracking and reporting

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to agree project deliverables and delivery dates and resources.

  • Create, schedule, assign and follow-up tasks

  • Manage scope changes/ change requests and risks

  • Ensure proper use of project management methodology, standards, tools, processes, and procedures

  • Metric Reporting –Create and present best in class dashboards depicting project status updates and KPIs


how to succeed

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.

  • PMP, Agile Project Management Certified or similar qualification in project management

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive project management related experience required. Should include Payroll, HR and/or Time & Attendance implementations.

  • Experience managing, planning, and implementing projects with strong problem- solving ability.

  • Proven experience with multiple project methodologies, management, and reporting tools is required.

  • Must speak fluent English

  • Must be independent, possess leadership experience, and can thrive in an indirect matrix-based virtual team environment.

  • Global experience and a strong Enterprise mindset preferred.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Good team player.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer focus skills.

  • Ability to work independently.
