Pricing Operations Executive

Starting as a 6-month contract

£18-24 per hour

               

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work with finance and key business stakeholders on SOP for 3rd party validation process to drive improvements
  • Work with Patient Programme Vendor Manager on contract review of T&Cs based on identified process improvements above (alignment between T&Cs and process)
  • Support the team in processing of all rebate types in i-rebate – as and when required
  • Monitor the Commercial Inbox and help deal with customer queries - payment chasing or signpost to appropriate colleague or department
  • Devolved nations - PAS schemes
  • Help deal with backlog of missing claims for devolved nations
  • Develop an improved governance process for future processing
  • Support the NI SKU change process (company pricing grid update) and potentially UAT testing
  • Support the finance team on preparing for monthly accruals
  • Support the team on an internal or external audits as and when required
  • Longer term consideration - support on a project for the transformation of rebate process. Goal is to develop a process map, end-to-end, with swim lanes defining roles and responsibilities for the different types of rebates, identifying simplification opportunities, efficiencies and/or other solutions (consideration for external vendor support) to drive improvements in our current process

                                   

Essential technical knowledge, skills and experience:

 

  • Background - Customer services / Operations / Finance
  • Degree Educated
  • Strong communication skills essential for both internal and external stakeholder management
  • Experience working on process and operations and some experience driving improvements preferred
  • Operational, intricacies of medicine, different industries would require services. 
  • Self-motivated, committed to collaborative working
  • The ability to make sound judgments, demonstrating Credo values
  • Microsoft Office with good Excel skills
  • Attention to detail
