Imagine your next step, working for Johnson & Johnson - as a Manufacturing Process Specialist, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Process Specialist (MPS) within Bioprocessing Services
Position Summary
As a department, we are responsible for ensuring that the various business units within Janssen Biologics have the right resources and processes to produce high-quality products in a safe and efficient manner.
We are currently looking for an Equipment/Asset owner within our department. This person will initially coordinate several projects related to TCSUs and ensure the desired result.
Department:
The Operations Bioprocessing Services department owns the processes and systems in the Equipment Preparation, Buffer Preparation and Medium Preparation production departments, but also for the Temperature Controlled Storage Units (TCSU), automated and analytical systems.
Main responsibilities
Involved in large projects and/or leading smaller projects within the own area of responsibility or at the request of the department.
Introducing new equipment and/or systems (in a supporting or leading role).
Taking care of the maintenance of this equipment and/or systems, including
addressing (acute) process disruptions.
Improving the aforementioned equipment and/or systems.
Act as SME for equipment for which he/she is responsible for audits.
Providing process support within the Bioprocessing Services responsibility area in collaboration with Process Specialists
All activities must meet the requirements of cGMP and the EHS&S guidelines.
how to succeed
Knowledge, Education and Experience
Relevant (Bio)technological or (Bio)chemical HBO or university education
At least 2 years (University) or 4 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of cGMP and EHS guidelines is a plus.
