Location: Geel

Working mode: Hybrid, 3 days on-site and 2 WFH

Language requirements: Dutch and English

Duration: 12 months initially

Hours: 32h-40h per week

Pay rate range: Competitive hourly rate


roles and responsibilities

Specific knowledge and performance

  • Strong expertise on API manufacturing processes

  • Strong knowledge in validation

  • Knowledge of statistics

  • Project management, organizing, planning and coordination skills

  • Strong mind-set and knowledge of Quality & Compliance/ regulatory requirements (GMP) in particular in the area of process validation:

o   Adheres to applicable cGxP's, procedures and management systems

o   Reports incidents and deviations

o   Proposes solutions to improve compliance with cGMP's

o   Reporting of (near) accidents, incidents, deviations

Personal and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage complexity, strict deadlines and change

  • Ability to interact at different levels of the organization

  • Ability to work under pressure, handle conflicting interests, having a good sense of prioritization of assigned tasks goals and manage time accordingly

  • Customer and business focus

  • Informs the manager and can call on the manager for consultation, in case of problems with stakeholders, fundamental problems concerning (technical) feasibility, etc.
