Imagine your next project working as a Product Manager for Janssen! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager (PM) to join the Haematology franchise, reporting to the Senior Product Manager, and based in the Janssen High Wycombe office. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to lead activities across a range of products in the Lymphoma and Multiple Myeloma therapy areas.

  • Lead the creation and development of brand marketing strategies to maximise sales, market share and growth outcomes

  • Deliver against therapy area and brand strategies with executional excellence

  • Take responsibility for the business success in the Haematology Franchise


As Product Manager – Haematology you will be part of a team making a difference to improving patients’ health and quality of life, working on an industry leading portfolio of innovative medicines with breath of opportunities to find growth in a fast moving organisation.


how to succeed

  • Previous marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry is required 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Post-graduate degree is preferred.

  • Haematology/ Oncology experience is required, and specific experience in Lymphoma or Multiple Myeloma is preferred

  • Project management skills and experience

  • Influencing and communication/ inter-personal skills and an ability to work across functions/ roles

  • Facilitation and presentation skills, virtually and face to face

  • Proven record to develop working collaborations at all levels (internally and externally)

  • Leadership without direct-line authority

  • Achiever approach with focus on delivery

  • Attention to detail
