A hybrid way of working
Imagine your next role as a Project Coordinator to join our team in Norderstedt, Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance with project deadlines, material procurement, outsourcing warehouse & planning
Coordination of external suppliers, coordination with internal stakeholders
Communication and solution-finding with various stakeholders
Independent implementation of workshops
Communication with internal customers, external partners
Project progress documentation
Documentation of the project progress, reporting to the Site Project Leader
how to succeed
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in logistics and/or project management
A high degree of personal responsibility, organizational skills and discipline
A competent demeanor as well as strong communication skills and a strong customer orientation
German level C1 + is a must-have
Solid English fluency is a must-have
benefits
This role offers a competitive hourly rate, an on-site way of working & 1 month of introduction/training before a person can work independently on a project.
This contract will run initially for 12 months
