Johnson & Johnson Worksense (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce

We are currently looking for Project Leader Commercial Readiness for a 11-months project in Bern.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

Tasks:


- Develops project scope and objectives. 
- Manages project team activities during project implementation. 
- Directs communication of project status, milestones, timelines, and budget to management and other stakeholders 
- Drives CM for transition from R&D production site to hybrid R&D-commercial production site
- Supports E2E material management initiative to establish stable, reliable and compliant digital workflows in ERP System
- Establishes and tracks critical milestones, timelines and contingency plans. 
- Follows up throughout project process to ensure project goals are achieved. 
- Collaborates with JAVCH departments like Quality Assurance and -control, Manufacturing, Business Operations and Finance to cover the needs and requirements on the future process and organization setup. 
- Manages actively also stakeholders besides JAVCH
- Being the interface and connecting with the Technical (Launch) Integrators
- Seeks out continuous improvement opportunities and oversees timely implementation of efficient manufacturing practices. 

Education, Experience & Skills:


- University/Bachelor degree or equivalent 
- Education in project management 
- Experienced Project Leader (5-10 years)
- Confirmed reference projects 
- Strong knowledge and experience in the J&J Supply Chain organization
- Experience in a GMP environment (Pharma, Medical Device, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to motivating the project team in each phase of the project
- Experience and proofed knowledge in Change Management
- Fluency in English; preferably German in addition
