Johnson & Johnson Worksense (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce.

 

We are currently recruiting a Project Manager Lab Systems to join our contingent workforce. You will be working in the Lab Systems Team of The Janssen Supply Group in Beerse/Geel, Belgium. This will be an initial 1-year contract opportunity, starting from May 2022 with possibility of extension.

 

This is a flexible off site/ on site position with on site access to Beerse and Geel.

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • The position will support the deployment and maintenance of the digitalization/automation project for the J&J labs (iLABs). 
  • The laboratory mission is to increase lab reliability through automation of processes and reduction in manual transcription of data, improved electronic control and data capture, delivering Data Integrity and Efficiency value using global lab systems and interfaces.
  • With the iLABs project master data activities in the eLIMS system are needed, existing eLIMS master data needs to be updated and new master data needs to be created by the MD (Master Data) Leads. 
  • The position will partner with the MD Leads to understand plan, process, status and escalations and create 1 regular overview with updates, accomplishments and risks.

 

 

Minimum requirements: 

 

  • Minimum a Bachelors degree required, Physical / Life Sience, IT focus preferred. An advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, partnering and organizational skills. Project management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, logical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Broad knowledge and experience with cGMPs, regulations, risk management and Computer System Validation. Previous Quality Systems experience desirable.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple issues, prioritize and escalate to management when appropriate.
  • Ability to develop training and deliver to colleagues and partners.
  • Knowledge of/familiarity with the appropriate Laboratory System (LIMS)
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to build and nurture strong, positive relationships with customers and partners in Global Quality Systems, PDMS, IT and other Quality functional groups required.
