Job Description:

 

EMEA MD Lifecycle Management Project Manager

Reporting to EMEA MD Operational Excellence Manager, the Project Lead will become a key actor to drive successful Lifecycle Management execution across EMEA MedTech business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Implement, optimize, and coordinate execution end-to-end of the life cycle management program in MedTech EMEA. Closely partner with IT Product Lines and Business IT to track and monitor activities within the program, identify interdependencies, issues/risks and potential mitigations, lessons learned and escalations.
  • Communicates periodically on project progresses KPI’s and escalates adequately in case of delays or blocking points.
  • Proactively suggest ways to improve the effectiveness of the tools and process.
  • Effectively communicate with other IT teams and other cross regional stakeholders.
  • Ensures adherence to J&J established processes (SDLC, PMx etc.) while executing the project.
  • Support/provide training to other IT teams on ad hoc questions/queries regarding the life cycle management processes

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant project management working experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodology’s/concepts (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Waterfall, Product Management).
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to be detail-oriented and communicate multiple levels of details to project stakeholders.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are required
  • A disciplined, structured, and logical approach to problem solving is required.
  • Ability to lead, collaborate, challenge, and influence peers.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple issues and/or projects simultaneously.
