Imagine your next role as a Project Manager who will be the Quality Project Lead, and responsible for providing project leadership, coordination, and communication related to the Data Integrity workstream deployment.




Responsibilities

  • Non-Part-11 compliant equipment inventory to define the medium/long-term replacement strategy.

  • IABA observations evaluation to define the next steps in the linked remediation.

  • Global Data Integrity procedures gap-assessment results and CPA oversight.

  • Data vulnerability evaluation for hybrid and paper-based systems.

  • Data Governance and Integrity observation/non-conformance raised at any of the sites handshakes with Pharm DI council for interim/long-term remediation strategy and communication.

  • Facilitate Project Forums/Community of Practice meetings for above site Data

  • Governance in partnership with global Data Governance and Integrity leads.

  • The candidate will be collaborating with the local site as well as global Data Governance and Integrity leads.




To be successful in this role you have:


  • A University/Bachelor’s degree in sciences (e.g., chemistry, biology, pharmacy, information technology, engineering). Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Proven experience in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control, in the vaccines/pharmaceutical industry. 

  • Solid understanding of the business environment inside a quality organization, across various roles (e.g., quality operations, quality control, quality systems, etc.)

  • Project Management skills and experiences. Knowledge of project methodologies and process excellence. 

  • Strong communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal

    skills, self-awareness, and adaptability required.

  • Working knowledge of Quality systems such as Investigation/CAPA, Change Control, Document Management, Management Review process, etc..

  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to build a respectful and productive partnership

    relationships with peers. 

  • Working experience in navigating and dealing effectively within a matrix organization, managing complexity, and engaging and collaborating with multidisciplined teams across boundaries including remote team members.

  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of success in delivering on objectives.

  • Sense of urgency and ability to zoom in / zoom out.
