The Project Manager for Market Optimization will be responsible for leading and coordinating key initiatives within EMEA markets to enhance operational efficiency and executional success. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills to ensure seamless alignment across countries and internal stakeholders.
roles and responsibilities
Country Communications
Develop and maintain detailed charts with specific country information to monitor project status and progress.
Establish bi-directional communication at the bi-weekly touchpoints to each country, collecting executional milestones, bottlenecks, and next steps.
Collaborate with Designated Responsible Individuals (DRIs) to address obstacles and drive actionable resolutions.
Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) Management
Manage the RAID log, ensuring risks and issues are promptly identified, mitigated, and escalated when necessary.
Post-exit care communications and troubleshooting to maintain smooth transitions and project continuity.
CEE, South Africa, and Turkey (CEESAT) Region Support
Support the New PMO for CEESAT countries, providing tailored support to align local efforts with broader EMEA strategies.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to address project-specific challenges, ensuring seamless execution and measurable progress.
Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between CEESAT markets to optimize operational effectiveness and alignment.
EMEA Leadership Communications
Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters and other communication materials for EMEA leadership.
Ensure timely delivery of project updates and strategic insights to senior leaders, enhancing transparency and engagement.
how to succeed
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in market optimization, healthcare, or related industries.
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-country projects.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, RAID).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Familiarity with customer satisfaction metrics and reporting tools.
