roles and responsibilities

As the QC-Raw Materials WH Coordinator, you will act as the vital link between our Quality Control department and Warehouse operations. This will involve:

  • Facilitating clear and efficient communication as the Point of Contact (POC) between various teams for QC activities performed at the Warehouse.

  • Planning and coordinating tasks for the Raw Materials Sample Duty team based on priority, in close collaboration with Testing and Release Coordinators.

  • Translating technical and operational requirements across different departments to ensure shared understanding and successful execution.

  • Taking responsibility for the inspection readiness of all QC activities at the Warehouse.

  • Reporting project status and providing timely escalation of changes or constraints.

  • Creating, reviewing, and approving related GMP documentation.

how to succeed

You are a proactive communicator with a strong background in GMP and warehouse logistics who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will also bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.

  • Proven experience in Warehouse logistics/coordination and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.

  • Fluency in both English and Dutch, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Technical affinity with systems such as eLIMS, SAP, and Excel.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, independent work style.

  • Experience with Quality Control and/or Raw Materials (highly preferred).
