Job summary
Janssen Biologics is currently recruiting a QC-Raw Material (RM) WH Coordinator within our Quality Control (QC) department. The successful candidate needs to understand Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and has a relevant background, with QC and/or RM knowledge being a plus. The candidate is responsible for coordinating and ensuring effective communication and collaboration among various teams.
About the Team
The Leiden QC-RM Team has a unique global responsibility and exposure by being the RM Global SMEs for Biotherapeutics within QC laboratories and by partnering with multiple sites and teams both internally and externally to perform RM testing.
roles and responsibilities
Facilitate clear and efficient communication as Point of Contact (POC) between various teams for (QC) activities performed at WH
Plan and Coordinate tasks for Raw Materials Sample Duty team based on prioritization in close collaboration with Testing- and Release-Coordinators, considering the capacity of our internal and external labs
Translate technical and operational requirements across different departments to ensure a shared understanding and successful execution
Responsible for inspection readiness of QC activities at WH
Reporting (project) status and timely escalation of changes and/or constraints
Create, review, and approve related documentation
how to succeed
You will have strong communication skills, speak English and Dutch and be a personable point of contact. You will also bring:
Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Dutch), including ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (preferred)
3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within a Safety role
Experience in WH logistics/coordination and experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines
Experience with Quality Control and/or Raw Materials is a plus
Affinity and experience with systems like eLIMS, SAP, Excel
Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
Proactive, pragmatic with great analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision to meet tight deadlines and maintain a positive attitude
