roles and responsibilities

You’ll be directly responsible for a team of 15-20 and day to day management and autonomy for decision making for Quality Labs - Microbiology & Quality Control (QC).

This will involve: 

• Execute functional strategies for Labs

• Leads highly complex issues and establishes resolutions

• Lead & sponsor multiple laboratory-based projects – Equipment & efficiency

• Preparing Laboratory metrics and presenting to site & matrix stakeholders

• Managing resources and budget to ensure appropriate level of support & prioritisation for manufacturing activities and timely delivery of products to customers.

• Communicating & elevating critical business-related issues

• Implement and Improve HSE culture in Laboratories

how to succeed

You will hold experience in managing a laboratory and implementing process improvements.

You will also bring:

• Successful previous People Leader Role

• 5 years Lab Environment experience – Micro and/or QC/Analytical Laboratories

• Lab Investigations

• Non-conformance & CAPA

• Implementation of laboratory projects
