Location: Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland - On site role

Duration: 12 months

Hours: 39

Shift: Days and evenings rotating weeks. Week 1 Mon - Friday 7am - 3pm / Week 2 Mon - Fri - 3pm - 11pm. Every 7th Weekend

roles and responsibilities

In this role you will provide support across operations value streams. This will involve: 

  • Support operations from a quality perspective in a medical device manufacturing environment.

  • Maintain standard of GMP and housekeeping requirements.

  • Review product on hold, determining disposition as required.

  • Completion of non-conformance reports and associated investigations with the support of the quality engineers.

  • Support Quality System activities within value streams and across the site such as GMP process walks, complaint investigations and NCR’s

  • Ensure that all relevant Quality KPI Data is recorded, reported and actioned in an efficient manner. (CAPA, NR, etc.)

  • Identify and carry out required Quality training including certification of production

associates and roll out of quality alerts when required.

  • Ensure area complies with GMP, ISO and QSR requirements.

  • Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are fulfilled.

  • Provide Training as required

  • Audit Prep

  • Document Management


how to succeed

Along with a level of Quality experience, you will also bring:

  • Level 7 Degree/Diploma and or 1 to 3 years Medical Device Manufacturing experience (desirable)

  • Working knowledge of Quality Systems (FDA/ISO) within a regulated environment.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications (desirable)

  • Attention to detail Proactive approach to work

  • High Standards Flexible

  • Good Communication Skills Team Player

  • High level of Numeracy

  • Good Planner & Organiser
