Quality Specialist - (Compliance) 

Location: Bern, Switzerland

Hours: 40h, Hybrid way of working

Languages: English (fluent), German (desirable)

Imagine your next role as a Quality Specialist, based in Bern. We are actively hiring a Quality Specialist with solid experience within quality assurance, compliance, systems, controls.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing processes and identify improvements (e.g. processes for QC sample and QC material management) 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement the improvements 

• Update/create SOPs and other documents as needed 

• Support in audit preparations 

• Additional tasks can be given by the Line Manager 

how to succeed:

• Good knowledge of cGMP regulations within a GMP laboratory environment

• Professional experience: min. 5-10 years with proven track record in quality/quality control 

• Lean expertise 

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently 

• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills 

• Ability to organize, summarize and simplify information and communicate it to others in a clear way  

• Able to collaborate well across site functions
