Main Responsibilities
Contribute to the quality systems team, ensuring flawless execution of all quality assurance activities
Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Review of documentation related to quality assurance activities
Provide technical guidance and support to the quality assurance team and other departments as needed
Actively participating in projects, providing support to project managers and team members from start to finish, including assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of project activities.
Investigate and implement possible digital/automated processes
Stay informed about current industry trends and effective approaches in quality assurance.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a culture of quality and continuous improvement
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Proven track record of successfully implementing quality assurance programs
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to strictly adhere to protocols and procedures
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
