Johnson & Johnson Worksense (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce

 

The Brand Manager of Vogue International will report directly to the Commercial Director EMEA, and will be responsible for all Product and Retail Activation across the OGX and Maui Moisture brands in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

· Influence global team on implementation of NPD pipeline (strategic and tactical) across brands and categories
· Lead the development and implementation of retailor specific strategies and joint value partnerships
· Manage the identification and implementation of Revenue Growth Management strategies
· Monitor competitive market dynamics to develop and/or change marketing plans
· Local consumer and customer immersion to generate clear insights to optimize marketing mix
· Lead local comms and media planning based on target consumer, working closely with J3 to ensure that media/comms budget is invested efficiently to drive maximum return (including measuring ROI)
· Work collaboratively with global team on annual comms plans, adapting, optimizing or creating asset based on local insights.
· Tracking by market of KPIs Equity and share.
· Demonstrates an excitement, passion and curiosity for Beauty, Haircare, Body care, product formulations and our Brands.

Experience:

A BA/BS in Marketing or a related business field is required. MBA is preferred. A minimum of 6 years of marketing experience is required. Marketing experience in Consumer Packaged Goods is highly preferred.

Candidates must have good communication and negotiation skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented. Ability to work within and lead a cross functional team is required. Strong business analytics, consumer insights development, understanding of core marketing levers and advertising experience are required. Must possess demonstrated leadership and delivery of consistently strong 
results.
