Imagine your next role as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team in Neuss, Germany. 



Key Responsibilities: 


  • Ensures compliance with regulatory agency regulations and interpretations.

  • Prepares responses to regulatory agencies' questions and other correspondence.

  • Gathers and assembles information necessary for submissions by regulations and relevant guidelines. 

  • Involved with the preparation of necessary outlines, summaries, status reports, memos, graphs, charts, tables, and slides. 

  • Provides solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. 

  • Organizes and maintains reporting schedules for new drug applications and investigational new drug applications.




how to succeed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in regulatory affairs 

  • Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and managing regulatory submissions, including dossiers, reports, and compliance documents. 

  • Attention to detail in documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with regulatory agencies, internal stakeholders, and external partners

  • German level C1 + is a must-have

This role offers a competitive hourly rate.  This contract will run initially until the end of December 2024.
