roles and responsibilities
Plan and perform experimental work, process and analyze data, and report on R&D projects to deliver the breakthroughs of tomorrow.
This will involve:
Innovating developing potential new products.
Improving existing products and production processes.
Developing and validating analytical methods.
Providing R&D support for Non-Conformances, Corrective And Preventive Actions (CAPA), deviations, and audit-related activities.
Supporting installation, qualification, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Contributing to operational tasks related to R&D, including but not limited to: stock management, preparing purchase orders for laboratory consumables and chemicals, conducting incoming inspections, and maintaining organization within the R&D laboratories and warehouse.

Bring a proactive, hands-on approach coupled with a passion for working in dynamic laboratory environments, showing dedication to quality, compliance, and continuous innovation.
You will also bring:
A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Materials Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years (B.Sc.) or 2 years (M.Sc.) experience in a highly regulated industry.
Hands-on experience with various analytical techniques such as NMR, SEC, KF, and FTIR.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written.
Experience in polymer chemistry, including the synthesis, purification, and characterization of polymers.
Experience in analytical method development and validation.
Being able to perform multistep organic synthesis.
Knowledge of ISO 13485.
Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously while remaining adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant laboratory equipment software.
Dedication to upholding laboratory and manufacturing safety standards.
