Johnson & Johnson Worksense is responsible for finding, engaging, and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce.

We are currently recruiting a Sales Representative to join our contingent workforce within our Janssen Oncology team in Breda. 

Are you an enthusiastic and driven entrepreneur, preferably with experience in Oncology, Urology, or Hematology? And do you enjoy working in a small team at a large professional player within the pharma? Then read on!

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with entrepreneurial insights and scientific profound knowledge. A pioneer that would like to further explore and shape the world of Oncology and more specifically prostate cancer together with us.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • the implementation of local commercial plans and tactics resulting in revenues. 
  • shape and lead the meaningful field-based activities of Janssen with Health Care Professionals
  • sharing knowledge of our products and treatment trends for the benefit of patients with Prostate cancer.

In this new field-based role you are a trusted advisor and scientific partner for external and internal stakeholders. A Healthcare Pioneer where you pick up medical topics, have commercial conversations, or start collaborations to realize improvement in healthcare.

You will be operating in a still to be designated regional area in The Netherlands.


You as a Sales Representative have:

  • An academic, education (commercial, business administration or (bio) medical)
  • Experience in and/or affinity with the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Scientific knowledge and insights preferably in Oncology, Urology, or Hematology.
  • Proficient in Dutch and English
  • Able to work in a team and independently with a focus on open, transparent, and collaborative relationships, aligned on common goals
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to proactively apply problem-solving strategies
  • Strong focus on customers and patients
