We are seeking a hands-on Sr. Associate Scientist (or Scientist, depending on candidate experience) with strong expertise in LC-MS/MS-based proteomics to support method development and application of quantitative proteomics workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across discovery and targeted proteomics, enjoys troubleshooting complex analytical challenges, and thrives in collaborative, interdisciplinary environments.

roles and responsibilities.

• Design, develop, and execute quantitative proteomics workflows using LC-MS/MS technologies (DDA, DIA, SRM/PRM).

• Develop and optimize bioanalytical MS methods to ensure accuracy, robustness, and reproducibility.

• Perform and troubleshoot sample preparation protocols, including protein extraction, desalting, fractionation, and enrichment strategies.

• Operate and maintain high-resolution mass spectrometers.

• Lead analytical projects from experimental design to data interpretation and reporting.

• Analyze and visualize proteomics data using established software pipelines and custom approaches (e.g Proteome Discoverer, Skyline).

• Collaborate across disciplines and with external partners to advance analytical objectives.

• Contribute to scientific documentation, reports, and publications.

• Strong background in biomolecular mass spectrometry, ideally with multiple years of hands-on proteomics experience.

• Proven expertise in LC-MS/MS method development and troubleshooting.

• Experience with targeted and untargeted proteomics workflows.

• Preferably, familiarity with automated sample preparation and high-throughput workflows.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Instrumentation: Orbitrap-based mass spectrometers

• Proteomics workflows: DDA, DIA, PRM/SRM, enrichment and fractionation strategies
