Financial Analyst, DPS FP&A Supply Chain

Imagine your next project being at the center of our enterprise and directly impacting our finance transformation journey. We are looking for a data-driven, high-energy finance professional to deliver on the automation of processes and simplification of reporting. This role combines financial planning and analysis, US GAAP reporting, and specialized technical system expertise in SAP. It requires a committed professional who can easily navigate between various responsibilities, from high-level insights to deep-dive analysis.

roles and responsibilities 

You will collaborate with the DPS FP&A Supply Chain Finance Lead and be responsible for the financial Master-data and processes within ERP P01 and CFIN.

This will involve:

  • SME for SAP Finance roles, ensuring system compliance and handling day-to-day access requests (GRC) for A14, Q14, P01, and BI.

  • Acting as a finance product owner for HP ALM, S01, and Jira Products.

  • Performing semi-annual user access reviews and leading Corrective Action Plans when needed.

  • Managing FI/CO Closing activities in SAP, including cost allocations for production sites in Oberdorf & Neuchatel.

  • Reporting of financials in TM1, CFIN, and SharePoint for actuals and forecast cycles.

  • Driving automation initiatives using tools like Alteryx, Power-BI, and Qlik to ensure efficiency and business continuity.

You are a constant learner, looking for new ways to implement features and functions that create higher levels of internal customer satisfaction.

You will also bring:

  • University/Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Economics.

  • 4-5 years of working experience in finance.

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP FI/CO), SOX compliance framework, and controls.

  • Advanced experience in data analytics and reporting (Alteryx, Qlik, PowerBI, or SQL).

  • CMA/CIMA Certification or equivalent accounting qualification.

  • Specific experience with SAP P01 and Alteryx (highly advantageous).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build effective partnerships.
