Location: Cork, Ringaskiddy
Duration: 12 months initially
Hours: 39 hours per week

roles and responsibilities
Project Scheduler to develop, monitor & maintain schedules for a large Scale Biotech Project. This will involve:
Prepare and facilitate interactive planning and schedule review sessions with project team
Produce project schedule based on Area of Site, Project Supervisor & Maintenance/Operations requirements
Publish variance reports and schedule showing planned versus actual
Analyse and publish critical path activities
Publish daily and weekly look ahead schedules
Routine progress updates with all Project Supervisors to obtain Commissioning qualification and start up resource requirements
Integrate a variety of schedules and information from Microsoft project
Resource load schedule by all disciplines for the project
Build construction schedule with the various contractors (Equipment vendors, mech, elec, CSA, HVAC, etc) and interested parties.
how to succeed
Project planning, scheduling and control experience (5-10 years)
Advanced skill level in MS Project/P6 (analysis of Baselines, Predecessors / Successors, Dependencies, Critical path, Earned value, Lag, Float, Constraints, S Curves etc)
Will be proactive and have the ability to manage client expectations and be able to provide constructive feedback and voice your opinions

This contract will run for a 12 month duration and has a strong chance of extension.
