Location: Ringaskiddy, Cork

Duration: 12 months initially

Hours: Shift work. Monday to Friday. 2 shift (7am - 3pm and 3pm to 11pm, rotating)

roles and responsibilities

This stores covers all spare parts requirements for the entire site. This will involve: 

• Storage and handling of Spare Parts and Consumables

• Stock levels for all Essential and Normal Spare Parts

• Kit Preparation

• Stock level accuracy

• System Maintenance

• Documentation Management

• Continuous Improvement

how to succeed

• Experience in SAP or similar Spare Parts systems

• Good understanding of all stores procedures and operations

• Able to communicate openly, professionally and honestly

• Working knowledge of GMP requirements

• Able to make logical decisions within their level of authority

• Showing initiative and continuously seek improvement opportunities

• Ability to build relationships with teams across the organization 

• Strong organization and prioritization skills
