Location: Leeds, Beeston

Working mode: Hybrid, min. 3 days on-site per week

Duration: Until the end of 2024 (opportunity for a contract extension)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Pay rate range: Competitive hourly rate (PAYE and Umbrella options available)

A temporary contract for 5 months is available for an SOP Admin Support Team Member based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team with Supply Chain activities

  • Manage inbound orders from Europe and outbound orders to Hospitals for consignment stock

  • Ensure records are kept up to date and correct within Supply Chain processes

  • Using internal systems to transact and maintain material tables

  • Liaise with all relevant departments across the organisation, including Deliver to meet customer deadlines.

  • Create and build on strong relationships with all stakeholders

  • Encompass flexibility in order to help serve our customers’ needs

  • Develop appropriate system and procedure knowledge to be able to respond to

  • the majority of issues from external and internal customers

  • Needs to be highly numerate and analytical

  • Experience using SAP would be beneficial but not required

  • Strong level of professionalism

  • Needs to be assertive and able to deliver negative/challenging messages
