We are on the lookout for a highly committed Supply Planning Lead to steer our finished goods inventory planning and procurement from Inter-Company suppliers to customers.

roles and responsibilities
You will be steering finished goods inventory planning, procurement, and optimizing supply chain processes in a fast-paced environment. This will involve:
Core Planning Duties
Ensure data integrity excellence for optimal stocking types and system settings.
Manage the order book and take necessary actions.
Oversee Sawbones local supply chain management.
Handle custom products order book management.
Backorder tool management.
Report and analyze service metrics.
Backorder Management
Escalate backorder queries and manage complex issues efficiently.
Collaboration with Regional Supply Chain
Work with regional teams on master data settings and related STEM topics.
Optimizing Inventory Holdings in UK main warehouse
Implement returns plans in collaboration with vendors and warehouse teams.
Analyze and update safety stock strategies along with Power BI outputs.
Support the QA Inventory process.
Supporting Service Route and Continuous Improvements
Execute mitigation plans during constrained supply phases with cross-department stakeholders.
Assist the PEI business with backorder management and daily operational challenges.
Generate data insights for external customer engagements.
Support the product manager and internal reviews as needed.
SAP Super User Responsibilities
Serve as a vital partner to address knowledge gaps and drive process improvements within SAP.
Assist in onboarding new team members to SAP.
Raise and support incident tickets and facilitate training on system enhancements.
Managing a Direct Report
Oversee the daily activities of service analysts and manage the service inbox.
Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
how to succeed
You will need a solid background in supply chain or planning, coupled with advanced technical and interpersonal skills. You will also bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or a related commercial field.
A proven experience in planning, sourcing, or supply chain/S&OP management.
Required Skills
Proficient in relevant technology and tools, including advanced analytics for digital transformation.

Excellent understanding of customer and commercial dynamics.
Adaptable, with a willingness to take risks to innovate.

Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
Advanced Excel skills
Preferred Skills
Interest or background in end-to-end supply chain management.
Ability to solve complex business problems and present actionable recommendations.
Experienced in shaping and driving projects to completion with strategic collaboration.
Knowledge of the Medical Devices industry is a plus.
