Johnson & Johnson Worksense (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce.

 

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for 6 months + possible extension.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, and a member of the Johnson & Johnson Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruiting process for Switzerland. You will be responsible for high volume recruitment of diverse seniority especially in our Consumer sector.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

-   Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for roles based in Switzerland, a key location for our EMEA business
-   Delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
-   Building and maintaining effective partnerships and relationships with all parties involved
-   Managing our system technology to ensure data integrity
-   Utilize a variety of direct recruitment methods to source the best talent and build talent pipelines
-   Project-work in line with yours, as well as our Talent Acquisition goals and objectives



We'd love to hear from YOU, if you have:

-   At least 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition area
-   Excellent relationship-building, strong communication & stakeholder-management skills to ensure you have effective partnership with your hiring managers as well as other colleagues
-   A self-starter and team-player mindset, embracing challenges and learning opportunities with a can-do attitude
-   Fluency in English spoken and written
-   Previous experience within multinational organization is a big plus
