Roles and Responsibilities
You'll play a pivotal role in clarifying and documenting business requirements for technical solutions, ensuring product backlog prioritization, and adhering to Johnson & Johnson's high standards. This will involve:
Clarifying and documenting business requirements to deliver robust technical solutions.
Working with the team to prioritize and refine the product backlog based on business value and completion time.
Ensuring adherence to software development/product management best practices and J&J standards around SDLC, GxP, quality & compliance, and security.
Supporting the Inspection Platform for custom solutions across various manufacturing sites and use cases.
Partnering with a diverse range of stakeholders, including MedTech LCAP team members, site quality and IT leads, site SMEs, and the development squad (developers, QA testers, Independent Quality).
Continuing the critical work of scaling QInspect CMM (QIC), a desktop application for inspection recipe plan management, part quality data collection from Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), and data review/approval.
How to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring a blend of agile project management expertise and a strong analytical mindset, eager to learn and grow within the MedTech space. You will also bring:
5+ years of experience supporting or delivering Agile technology products/projects.
Proven experience in project management or business analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise interactions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
The initiative to learn and become familiar with low-code platforms like Mendix and Tulip.
Experience with Good Manufacturing/Documentation/Clinical Practices (GxP) compliance in life sciences and manufacturing.
Background in supply chain.
A solid understanding of Agile project management and product management principles.
Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with systems and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Roadmunk, Mural/Figma, Tulip, Mendix, and qTest.
