Job Description:
 

The role will drive on-time delivery of Patient-Specific customized implants for the Made to Order (MTO) business unit in Supply Chain Operations, Depuy Synthes. You will be using the latest technologies and delivering results-oriented lead times to meet both customer and business requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead the end to end patient case management from individual request to delivery of patient specific custom-made implants.
  • Handle communication direct with end customer (DePuy Synthes Account Managers) and liaison with internal MTO team, and end markets to update on case progress and expected ship dates.
  • Maintains case trackers, highlighting key landmarks to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Compiles Case History File (CHF) for each patient case in line with device regulations.

 

Experience and Skills:
 

  • Qualified to degree level in an engineering subject area.
  • Understanding of design standards and practices (ISO and ASME)
  • Experience of project management and problem solving
  • Experience with engineering design drawings
  • Experience of working in a highly regulated industry
  • Practical knowledge of GMP subject areas
  • Accomplished IT skills – Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint - typical office applications
  • Experience in continuous improvement identification and implementation
