Imagine your next role as a Technologies Specialist  where you will be responsible for deploying advanced technologies and innovations utilizing the End-to-End Innovation Deployment Process. 



About the role


This role involves embedding technologies and innovation projects into the large molecule drug manufacturing process, in collaboration with global functionsand product teams. The role is accountable for project value proposition and business case generation, driving value capture, project management of technology deployments, authoring of technical documents and continuous alignment with key stakeholders.

 


Main Responsibilities


  • Deployment of Technologies and Innovation

Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technology at your manufacturing site, collaborating with teams to ensure smooth implementation and knowledge transfer, while also contributing to budget planning and business case development.


  • Accountability for Deployment Strategy

Lead the charge in implementing cutting-edge technology by creating and executing a winning deployment strategy, continuously evaluating and improving its effectiveness to achieve optimal results.


  • Driving Value Proposition and Value Captur

Champion the value of new technologies by clearly articulating their benefits, collaborating with stakeholders to track their impact, and continuously analyzing their performance to maximize their potential.


  • Global Technology Single Point of Contact

Serve as the global expert and go-to person for deployed technologies, fostering seamless communication and collaboration across teams while providing solutions and support to overcome any implementation hurdles.


  • Ensuring Global Alignment with Key Stakeholder

Forge strong global partnerships with key stakeholders, actively engaging them to understand their needs and ensure alignment throughout the technology deployment journey, while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.


  • Authoring Technical Document

Be the keeper of knowledge by creating and maintaining comprehensive technical and financial documentation that is clear, accessible, and up-to-date, ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to effectively utilize and manage deployed technologies.




The ideal candidate for this position should have:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field, PhD desirable (e.g., Biological Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering).

  • MBA desirable or relevant experience developing project business plans including financial concepts and calculations.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies; project management certification is desirable. Familiarity with Microsoft Project is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Ability to drive strategic decision-making based on business case analysis, value proposition and value capture.

  • Ability to pivot and adapt to a dynamic environment, able to manage a diverse portfolio of different technology projects.

  • Proficient in technical writing, paying attention to detail and clarity.

  • Familiarity with pharma GMP manufacturing, industry best practices and standards related to technology deployment.
