Imagine your next role as a Training & Learning Expert 

where you will be responsible to do an analysis of the current way of learning & development and develop new training and learning methods for manufacturing, operations, and laboratory. 

About the department and the role 

Janssen Biologics has been going through a transition and is expanding, the product portfolio is changing, the number of new employees starting has increased and the training profile of the new employees is different. Therefore, we are looking for a Training & Learning Expert who will analyze the effectiveness of employees' training & learning, advise on points for improvement to make the way of training and learning more effective and more 'agile', and structurally monitor the effectiveness of it (KPIs).

how to succeed

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in analyzing training

• Experience in employee development methods and their effectiveness 

• Affinity with the best training practices in the regulated pharmaceutical industry

• Ability to suggest improvements to optimize the effectiveness of our training and learning approach.
