The Role:


 

Working as part of the Supply Chain, the Consignment Team are responsible for providing support to our Customers, Sales Team and Asset Managers. To assist in the growth and retention of company sales by meeting effective performance targets and maximise the benefit and opportunities derived from excellent Customer relationships.

  • Hybrid Role (Onsite 3 days a week)
  • 12 Month Contract with possible extension
  • £13-£14 p/h


 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Transact returns of consignment stock
  • Chase failed collections of replaced stock
  • Transact orders and invoices
  • Keeping consignment levels accurate
  • Infield Transfer of stock
  • Work generic outlook inbox’s
  • Reconcile consignment records after a return and liaise with Sales team to bridge any gaps 
  • Run and provide reports
  • Adherence in full to Johnson & Johnson HCC standards and standards of business conduct
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders



 

Professional Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, well organized, numerate.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build partnerships internally and externally
  • E-Literate and a general technical aptitude
  • Positive approach to problem solving – solution orientated
  • Able to work well in a pressurised and demanding environment
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Desire to go above and beyond to meet the needs of the customer.
  • Forward thinking
  • Resilient - ability to maintain flexibility and positivity within a highly challenging, fast moving environment.
  • Proactive - anticipates problems and shows initiative for problem-solving and generating new ideas
  • Self-sufficient / self-motivating 
  • Flexible to accept tasks outside area of Accountability




 

Other Requirements:

  • Accuracy of consigned records for assets in field
  • Process orders with accuracy, and following correct procedures
  • Resolving consignment record anomalies
  • Establish and promote customer relationship building, providing customer focus and feedback to the established management groups
  • Assist in the development of a working environment, which fosters commitment, high energy, innovation, teamwork, customer dedication and continuous improvement,
  • Provide excellent service at every interaction
  • Work in partnership with Auditors, S & OP team, Asset Managers, Returns Team and Customer Service

In return for this role you will receive a very competitive hourly rate. A minimum month contract & an opportunity to work with a Global Leader within the Pharmaceutical sector, Johnson & Johnson.
