Hours: Full time (40 hours per week), on-site

roles and responsibilities

  • Responds to customer inquiries regarding Electrophysiology Product installation process and  coordinates with 3rd party suppliers when applicable.  

  • Processes Electrophysiology Module requests, communicates Electrophysiology Module to  customers and inputs information in Technical Service Application.  

  • Maintain database integrity with accuracy and availability of Hardware/Software Installation  forms . Monitor, Process & Validate Asset update tasks . 

  • Document Service Agreements in Technical Service Application. 

  • Process data updates in Technical Service Application 

  • Provide support to Service Engineer Team to ensure 100% compliant service activity  completion and support in resolving any potential discrepancies with documented data in the  service application database. 

  • Investigate and resolve database integrity issues  

  • Establish service-related costs and communicate to the party responsible for invoicing o Timely processing orders of service-related parts, loaners and FRUs in Technical Service  Application 

  • Ensure all activities are within the Service Management System through daily updates and  documentation. 

  • Support various project assignments through implementation. 

  • Communicate business related issues to management level 

  • Prepare reports for Management on regular frequency 

  • Performs other duties assigned as needed


how to succeed

You will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills, have a willingness to learn. You will also bring:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree with 2 years of related experience  

  • Experience in the then current technical service applications will be considered. o Or, High school Diploma with five years minimum, administrative support/customer relations/or  technical service experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelor degree in one of the following:

    • Business

    • Administration

  • Experience in technical field service administrative related activities




Details

This contract will run until the end of this year.

This is an on-site role, hybrid may be an option further into the assignment (after 3 months or so).

There will be extensive training in this post, an excellent opportunity to learn more in the medical device industry.
