Hours: Monday - Thursday / 28 hours per week
Role Purpose
To support the L&D Admin Team Manager on a short term basis with administration duties.
roles and responsibilities
This role is providing general support to the L&D team. This will involve:
Support the L&D admin team manager with administration tasks.
Diary management and planning of training events for new sales representatives.
Joining meetings with Learning & Development Managers regarding training events to take actions and then perform agreed actions.
Administration of company induction programme.
Monitor the shared L&D inbox and calendar.
When required, support L&D Admin Team Manager with organising and running of company Assessment Centres; this will involve creating packs for the assessors on the day and welcoming candidates and logistics of the events at Head Office.
Filing and Scanning of assessment centre materials.
how to succeed
As a Learning & Development administrator you will bring:
Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills.
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload to meet own and given timelines.
Excellent ability to communicate effectively and confidently with all levels of the organisation, verbally and in writing.
Ability to work within a team.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft software (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Word) is critical
Strong ability with technology
Understanding of and confidence to use virtual platforms for virtual meetings (Zoom and Teams)
