Hours: Full time (39 hpw) - open to part-time / reduced hours. Full time on-site

roles and responsibilities
The Engineering Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day administration of the department.
The successful candidate will be part of the Engineering Managed Service for our client and should have experience in the administration and organisation of activities such as training, user access and support and be responsible for the planning and execution of project-related workshops and events. He/she is expected to be self-motivated, organised and develop an understanding of the business. This will involve:
Flawless event planning and execution of critical workshops and meetings to enable successful communication and delivery of key project milestones.
Weekly & Monthly Meetings (e.g. Core Team, Sponsors, Stakeholders, Town Halls, etc.)
F2F meetings, VIP Visits, offsite days, team buildings events
Support collection of input for the Meeting & Communication Decks
Lead / Host / Screen share during interactive workshops and meetings virtually or in person
Collaborate and partner with vendors (e.g. consultants, external venues, catering etc.) in order to achieve optimal delivery of services required.
Stakeholder management and facilitation of adhoc logistical requirements of critical project personnel.
Lead / Host interactive workshops and meetings virtually or in person.
Collaborate with team & source gifts & merchandise as required
Manage Core Team members calendars
how to succeed
Previous experience in an administration role is desirable
Experience in Pharmaceutical industry an advantage
Knowledge of managing vendors and partnering with internal business cohorts in supporting operative events
2+ years of project coordination/planning experience preferable
Planning and execution of large-scale events virtually, internally and at external venues
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft® Office applications
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Operational project management skills and experience creating work plans, meeting agendas and other collaboration tools.
Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
Ability and flexibility to perform all other job-related and ad-hoc duties as required
details
This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a 12 month duration and has a strong chance of extension.
This role requires you to be full time on-site.
