Location: Beerse, Belgium

Duration: 12 months

Hours: 40 hours per week. Hybrid (3 days on-site)

roles and responsibilities

  • Be part of the global MSAT (Lifecycle Management) organization within the Advanced Therapies division.

  • Support change management initiatives by enabling changes to global platforms, facilitating cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and ensuring clarity in business cases and change justifications.

  • Initiate and manage new change controls for cell therapies, primarily focused on CAR-T technology transfer and process enhancements.

  • Utilize Comet QMS daily to support operational activities.

  • Collaborate with CAR-T sites both in the EU and US supporting process improvements and tech transfer.

  • Engage in technical documentation, maintain high-level executive work, and network within Johnson & Johnson and external CMOs.

  • Work cross-functionally with departments such as Quality, Procurement, Planning, and R&D to ensure seamless process execution


Profile Needed for this Function

  • Demonstrates proactive ownership, collaboration, and enthusiasm in an innovative environment.

  • Strong communication skills, capable of working in a complex, fast-paced environment.

  • Expertise in technical writing and stakeholder management.

  • Ability to network effectively within J&J and with external CMOs.

  • Experience in project management with the ability to manage high-complexity tasks.

  • Knowledge or experience in tech transfer, GMP, and Comet QMS is highly advantageous.

  • Flexibility to support remote work with minimal on-site presence.

  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with diverse teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.

  • Project management experience.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Familiarity with Comet QMS system is a major benefit.

  • Experience or understanding of tech transfer and GMP regulations will be considered a significant advantage.

  • Strong technical writing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
