Analytical Development is a critical part of the Therapeutics Development and Supply (TDS) organization within Johnson & Johnson. Within the Analytical Method and Stability Center (AMSC), we focus on supporting compounds in development end-to-end, ensuring the successful progression of both small molecules and new modalities from phase 1 up to registration. Our team is dedicated to providing analytical support, enabling the seamless transition of innovative therapeutics through each phase of development.
As an associate scientist, you will be essential in delivering analytical support for new molecular entities, including both small molecules and new modalities, from phase 1 up to registration.
roles and responsibilities
Perform analyses in support of product characterization, method development/qualification/validation, and release and stability, with a primary emphasis on liquid chromatography.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory regulations, analytical methods and specifications, GMP and safety.
Scientific evaluation of generated results.
how to succeed
You hold a master’s degree in science or bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
You demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in Liquid Chromatography.
You maintain high-quality standards for experiments and take accountability for these experiments.
You are efficient, adaptable, and dynamic.
You are customer-focused and results-driven.
You have a sense of urgency.
You are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
You can work independently and are also a collaborative team player with a positive "can-do" attitude.
Experience with peptides is preferred.
