roles and responsibilities

Individual contributor who supports development efforts in Biotherapeutics.

Acts as a developing individual contributor in the execution of Biotherapeutic projects to support development programs.

• Conducts and interprets Biotherapeutic experiments to support development programs.

• Once trained, provides input and trouble shoots problems with scientific experiments, analyses/tasks in assigned areas.

• Works with supervisor’s assistance with new protocols and processes, data analyses, and final reporting.

• Supports the work of project members to accomplish team objectives on time and within budget.

• Drafts reports with detailed outcomes and results of research findings to relevant groups.

• Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

how to succeed

You have finished an HLO or master education with significant molecular, (bio)chemical and virology training with more than 5 years of working experience in a relevant position. Furthermore, demonstrable experience in molecular biology showing a good understanding of the matter is required.

Required skills: (q)PCR, cell culture, experience working in ML-2 laboratory with viral vectors

• Organized and highly accurate 

• Experiment design and data analysis skills

• Written and oral communication skills in English

• Dynamic, flexible and open demeanour

• Computer skills
